Explore uc or save refills

Should I use my energy refills to explore uc eq and open a 6* or save them for 6.3 and chip away at uc when my champs are in war and aq and I can’t do 6.3, that’d mean I can do more 6.3 faster but I wouldn’t have the 6*

You don't have to complete UC EQ right away. You still got time.
And UC doesn't reward Units for some reason
