    Game Mode: for more than a month, Story quest and event quest : very ofently, when i use a special 3, the game goes on automatic mode after the special and that is very anyoning when you fight a boss. Sometimes it also happens on SP 2 .
    Please fix this !

    Getting REAL old watching champs throw heavies out of stuns BEFORE the stun expires. I get that this is a split second decision being made again, but is it ever going to be fixed? Onslaught NEEDS that timing to be there on his heavies to be effective. Instead, I'm repeatedly taking specials to the face with my heavy animation clearly started before this.

    Been an issue for years. Wiffing on the end of combos, randomly throwing a heavy instead of finishing the combo, block and parry just not registering, lag off the top of matches as soon as the opponent dashes in. Just incredible that this game makes so much money yet these performance bugs have been a thing for years now.

    Yesterday while playing battlegrounds, my account outta nowhere said I was negative 2,400 unit and said my account was locked. I don't know what to do

    Got logged off. And now, the game won't open, asking me to clear cache, which I'm apprehensive to carry out. Has to be the latest update, as I haven't experienced this ever.

    Don't know if that prompt is new or not (if so, might be to better help people resolve their crashing issues).

    But, yes, that is safe. Your account data is stored on Kabam Servers, not your device.

    No different than installing on a new device, logging into game, and continuing your account.

    (UNINSTALLING, prior to doing monthly game update, helps as well. Would clear out any mismatched resources, etc, from otherwise many months of just grabbing “new” stuff in the downloads.)

    Right. I do know how cache works. I was more concerned if the pop-up was legit, considering all the threats/hacks these days, especially as I never ever came across this in my time with this game. It's legit and seems resolved now.

    Still massive lag, it is now affecting all areas of the game WAR,AQ, EQ, literally everywhere this is really unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately!!

    Kabaam is not interested in this issue so I guess my time has come to say bye to this game for good. If these was a bug with an offer or anything benefiting kabaam they would have replied by now but they simply don't care.

    I agree I have been playing this game now for 10years and all KABAM cares about is MONEY! 3 days of this lag and useless support from a company who should be jumping to get this issue fixed could not care at all, and yeah I agree they will lose a lot of player and loyal players at that if this bug is not addressed and fixed today!! Utter ********

    Description of the Issue: grey screen than crashing one second later. Started in Valiant EQ, a couple of hours ago, Black Widow DO against Spider-Man(symbiot).

    This game is on a very fast decline due these bugs and no insight from the team at all really does not help

    Description of the Issue: lag on every single fight everytime its becoming a joke to play this game never experienced this before! It's cost me a lot units and revives especially on monthly eq and the same with war and now the Valiant gauntlet I'm struggling with fights each time due to this lag.

    I get about 3 fights with lag getting worse as I progress through the fights, then on the third or fourth fight, the game crashes. Then i restart and then the cycle begins again. With the money this game makes, how is it that this game is unable to run smoothly and consistently? Is that really what our money is worth to you all? No wonder people are always talking about a boycott.
