    Description of the Issue: When I click on the fight button, my game suddenly freezes and it takes loads of time to actually start the fight (10 seconds+), also there is serious lag mid-fight which unfortunately did cost my some potions. Lastly, clicking on any tab from the main menu was also a bit laggy

    Description: Finished a fight with 97% of health, fue tk the current unstable connection the red Wifi icon appeared since the Middle of the fight, After that the game wouldnt connect After 5 mins trying. Restarted the game and doom it was still there and my champion with Half life left

    Alliance Quest + Alliance War

    Seems like when I open the application for the first time in a while (like half an hour after it was closed) and attempt a fight in AQ or AW, if the fight is like more than 30 seconds we get disconnected and lose half of our health. Similar to many issues that were stated above.

    When I get disconnected and restart the application, everything seems to work fine.

    @Kabam Miike and the others, guys, this is gamebreaking. You need to take a look into it. I've been disconnected 3 times with this issue just in today's alliance quest. I know that there are other several things going on, but this bug has been also going on for more than a week.

    EDIT: I can replicate the bug and video capture it, but since it's been going on just in AQ, I kinda don't want to lose half of my champions' health.

    Description of the Issue: After winning a fight, after stats shown (hits taken / recieved, etc...), system shuts down, needs to be reloaded, and I am left to restart battle from beginning (less the loss of half health punishment). This has happened during fresh battles (where defender was untouched) and continued battles (as in AQs, where a teammate has taken down some health of defender).
    Champions affected so far: 4*Warlock, 5*Domino, 5*Sunspot, 4*&5*Corvus Glaive, 5*Cap America IW.
    This is first "complaint". I don't like doing this. However, I have depleted my health (and several revives) to complete these battles. I am not a big pay account, I do purchase some small things (like the monthly SIGIL), but cannot afford this to keep happening. Thank you for looking into this.

    Over the past few days the game continuously closes after about 5-10min gameplay. It usually starts getting laggy and things on the screen get glitchy beforehand. It happens on both my tablet and phone.

    Description of the Issue: I've always experiences some performance issues with lag where gameplay would freeze for a moment (I thought it's to do with my phone being a bit old). Since the new update the game completely freezes, rarely so but when I it happens I have to restart the same. This has happened in story and event quests up until now, so when I do lose a champion I can quit out and start over. This morning it happened during an AQ match and I ended up losing my champion.

    Please let me know if it's an issue with my phone or not.

    Description of issue: Ever since I downloaded the latest update from Google Play Store earlier today, I have noticed the game lagging. I usually run the game at 90 fps but after the update it runs at 45 fps during a fight. When I change the settings to run at 120 fps, the game runs at 60 fps max during a fight. What has changed in the update to cause the drop in frame rate?

    Description of the Issue: There was an update listed in play store today(I don't know if it is new today but mine updated today). Was a small update less than 300mb. Since then I can't p play. Fights load up and the frame rate is so bad that fights and in a few seconds. I see stuttering movement and then it jumps to me being hit. Wasted 500+ units reviving. Tried on data and Wi-Fi. Both similar results. It is no longer playable.

    I already opened one post on this topic and it was immediately closed. Every time I try to do a fight in missing links doesn't matter the difficulty right at the end of the fight I lose connection. Last post stated it was my device. I play on 2 different devices a note 9 and a Tab S6. Doesn't matter which one I play on it does the same thing. Is anyone else having an issue with this?

    Description of the Issue: My device has a 90Hz display and until the latest update it was really smooth and very responsive. After the latest update in the menu screen or scrolling event maps seems to be smooth (not as smooth as before), but once you enter a battle the animations feel a bit sluggish or a bit like stuttering. Mainly I can notice a difference when I try to parry an opponent when he's dashing towards me. Earlier it felt like one single smooth dash, but now the animation feels like its not one single motion and kind of throws your timing off. It feels a bit same when trying to evade a special attack as well. I did a full reinstall and let it to download the resources all over again and it didn't seem to have helped. I would say my experience is similar to @Tseramed19 & @SuperToebash. I know there are a lot of issues going on a technical side, so hoping this could be fixed soon.

    Same as post above. I think my OnePlus 7t auto updated to version 27.2.5 overnight.
    The game is horrendous today, choppy animations and gameplay, menus are choppy too.

    I did a full reinstall like @AlphaChaos but to no avail. Tried some fights today and turned on the Realtime info statistics during fights. When I set the refresh rate to 90Hz the fps during fights cap out at 45 fps. Setting to 120Hz it caps out at 60fps. Before the update, the fps was almost always close to 90fps at 90Hz.

    Can get on the game for 10 minutes or so before I "lose connection" altho everything else works fine. This happens more often when doing AQ fights, since there is no AW I cant test it there (but good there is none) and I tested it doing arena it seemed I could get on longer but still at a certain time I got kicked out.
    android version 9 using both wifi and 4g resulted in the same outcome.

    The game absolutely freezes for a good 20 seconds or more during alliance quest fights. Has happened multiple times and reinstalled the game several times too. Attached 2 pictures at 0:29 and 0:49 time stamps. Same frozen screen. Please look into this immediately

    Description of the Issue: When I'm going to start a fight in AQ, there is lag in the pre-fight screen (the one where you press the button "fight") and takes around 10 - 15 seconds to respond and show the loading screen. This problem have happened to me since Tuesday.

    Just wanted to follow up on my post from July 22... (I don't know how to "reply" or whatever to that post or tag it. this is only my 2nd post on the forum).

    i think i fixed the problem on my own. after uninstalling and reinstalling, i started looking at my system software updates. i accidentally came across a setting that gave me the option on the "resolution and frame rate" of games. it was set on "normal". (not sure why). so i was able to toggle up the setting for this MCOC game to "high". as soon as i did that, as far as I can tell, the game has returned (mostly) to how it was before the July 21st Scheduled Maintenance. I wanted to post this in case it helps someone. I have an LG G5 phone. the model # is VS987. And I'm running Android 8.0.0. (my phone says that its fully updated).

    the menu breakdown that i used is, as follows:
    Settings/extensions/gaming/game graphics/resolution and frame rate

    i also just want to say thank you to Kabam. despite all the recent issues, i know you guys are working your best to fix things and be responsive. i see a lot of complaining on the forums and frankly, entitlement. you guys are pretty professional and i appreciate the efforts invested in your customer base. i choose to see the glass as half full, at the very least.

    @Tseramed19 Do you happen to know what your resolution and frame rate settings were before the update? You should not have to use a higher setting now to run the game how it was before the update. If nothing else has been changed on your phone since the update, then it is the update that is causing the issue. My frame rate during fights has halved since I installed the update. Even if I change to running at my phone's max refresh rate, the fps is worse than before the update.

    Description of the Issue: Any MCOC character, every time you enter the fight you get connection issue icon and timeout. In Alliance Quest you enter the fight and next screen you see is the map and connection issue. if you close the game character lose half of it health, if let game timeout in 20 minutes then nothing happen health. Because of this issue only use for to move in Alliance Quest, In Arena is timeout every time does not matter what type, 3x3 fight normally take 3 minutes now taking 15 to finish, In Story and Event Quests connection icon appear then timeout, Once I get timeout and exit game I try another game with no issue.

    Description of the Issue: It lets me log in, and 5-10 minutes later (even mid-fight) will kick me to a "Lost Connection" screen and I cannot log in again until I force close the game and restart. Then it will happen again 5-10 minutes later. Every time for several hours, no matter what I do. I have tried two different phones, two different accounts, on wifi, on 4G, I've restarted both phones and reinstalled the game twice. It can't be my phone, can't be my wifi, can't be my data, can't be my account.

    I dont care what people say if your not on apple you are at a massive disadvantage in this game which isn't right at all. MCOC is the only game I've ever played were they cant get it right ever. The amount of money that gets spent on this game on a daily basis is crazy and kabam don't care about the whole community. How much are kabam getting from apple to make sure the game only runs perfect on there devices.
    I run the Samsung s10 fully upto date software and I always run with a clear cache (as I get told everytime I put a ticket in) and still the game runs like ****. Parries not registering, bloke been broke, click for specials champ just stands there. Is not right and its not fair. This issues has been going on far too long and kabam just don't care its simple as that !

    I'm having a severe lag issue when I tap the fight button, and sometimes I go into the loading screen before the fight then I get kicked out but my champion is still locked in the fight and I have to restart my game then my champion is half health because he was locked in the fight. It's only happened in AQ. ALSO sometimes heavy just does its own thing and heavys when I'm just trying to do a normal combo.

    Description of the Issue:
    For the last 3 days in AQ, on at least 5 occasions after winning a fight the "network error" symbol appears and disconnects me from the game -- despite the fact that no other app or service is having any issues whatsoever with the connection. Eventually, the game decides there's no longer a connection issue, at which time upon returning to AQ in-game, the fact that I've won the fight hasn't registered, instead the game has treated it as a "quit" and I've lost half my health and the opponent none. This is EXTREMELY frustrating.
    If it was only a once-off maybe I'd have accepted it as an actual error on my end but the fact that this has occurred so many times is a complete joke. This issue appears to have only started after the ~300MB update that force installed itself on my device.

    Hello Kabam , Can you please acknowledge that you are reading the MANY reports of hitting the fight button then Waiting 20 to 30 seconds to get into the fight if you are lucky , or just get kicked and lose half your health . There are many , many reports of this on different phones and android versions , how about saying you have read this numerous reports , just so we know someone might actually be looking into to this !!!!!!!!!

    Description of the issue -: When i enter fight and fight is finished, then My screen freezes at the Winning screen before displaying the winning or loosing and then that RED CONNECTION SIGN shows on side and then i have to then force close game and restart it. And when i restart the game then i see that, the opponent against whom i fought and defeated is still alive at full health and instead my champ is down to half of his health. And if i try to fight again, then again same thing happens. It happens at random times but very frequent.. Please fix this as its costing me alot of units.

    @SuperToebash, I did a bit of fiddling around with the FPS options on my OP 7T Pro. I dropped the refresh rate to 60Hz. Menu animation and map areas were totally choppy and stuttering. I started one match, finished it and forced the refresh rate back to 90Hz. Menu animation is better and a bit smooth but minor stutter. Started another match and funny thing, I didn't notice any difference while playing in 60Hz and 90Hz. The first time I switched from 60Hz (dynamic 90Hz) to 90Hz (forced 90Hz) the difference in gameplay was pretty clear. This is making me think that the latest update somehow locked the FPS to 60 or below and confirms your testing on your ROG phone.
