CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN HOW THIS IS HAPPENED

Yesterday when the event quest was released, all the chapters are open
I was able to play any chapter and quest in the event quest

I have played last quest in chapter 3 yesterday even without completing the previous one

You guys can check i have completed chapter3 10% with starting chapters 1and 2

Is this malfunction or bug

there was a bug which had all the chapters open at the same time, it has been rectified now
