Doesn't look like a basic crystal.

If you watch the video it clearly stated that this is the self friend crystal that has new champs in it, not the basic crystal, after all it is mostly for warlock who is not in basic either.

1) not be a bug
2) definitely not be a MAJOR BUG

The reel is more of just a visual gimmick. Just cause you see it doesn't mean it is actually in there.
