Ok so I have a lot to f cosmic iso to use now but stuck who to upgrade. I figured only do 4* and not bother with 3*? I'm on act 4 with 2 chapters left.

I also have 1 5* Captain marvel og unduped r1.

4*
Hyperion unduped need more cosmic tier 4 to max him
Hela r4 duped l8. (Mixed feelings on her)
Thor r3 duped L20 (sometime good)
Spiderman sym r3 unduped ( very good but lower health)
Venompool r3 unduped ( fun to play)
Kharm khan r1 duped L20 ( is she any good?)
King Groot (not bothered about him)
Ms marvel r1 (not used her)
Captain marvel og r1 unduped (not used has have a 5* one)
Gamora r1 unduped ( like my 3* maxed but is 4* worth it?)

I want to rank him to r5 (Hyperion) but need more tier 4 cosmic is it worth waiting to I get more?? I can't rank hi. Any more until then
