They used to at least post in game messages to apologize for emergency maintenance and when things weren't working as intended?

I'm not writing this to ask for anything, it's more to show the disconnect lately from the developers to the player base that even simple things like that to show they care have gone by the wayside.

I think once the community used a boycott to voice our opinion, everything else is an idle threat.

Vote with your $$.

At the very least you will find out if you are really in the majority or not.

It's not so much the outages that get me. It's the overall quality of the game. Things are rushed out and not tested. Every new release seems to come with more bugs, all of which result in us having to use units.

It feels more and more like there is not going to be an end in sight.

Hey Guys,

We're still looking into the cause of the outages last night. We don't want to say "We're sorry, everything is better now", until everything is better. We're working right now to ensure that everything is back up and running as it should be, and that this will not happen again.

That being said, we are very sorry that this happened last night. The team was on it around the clock and through the night last night, and will continue to work on it until we have it solved and fixed.
