Can’t you guys just suspend the event that you’re having problems with and open the game back up?

Unfortunately, this problem isn't isolated to a particular part of the game @Wolviedrone97 . The fights were looping in Solo, AQ, and AW. Also, some couldn't even enter Arena. So we just have to be patient and hope they can resolve this one soon as possible.
