Game repeatedly asking to fight the same fight even after it's cleared (on a quest)

Yes it's happening right now. Right after emergency maintenance finished. Sometimes I even lost half health for nothing (as if I kost connection) - when in fact , the node was already cleared.

What the hell is going on?
