Where are my ISO and shards...i just duplicated my champion 4 star

@Kabam Miike I just duplicated my 4 star champion..he went to 20 sig level....but i haven't got any ISO and shards...u can check my game id is also Gaurav 363

Same happened for me. Duped CapWWII and no ISO. It's not in my inventory or unclaimed stash. It was just never awarded.. Not sure about the shards
