November 8th: Arena Fixes, Failure to Claim Rewards, and Compensation [Updated Nov 15th]

Summoners,
We have now pushed a fix for the Arena issues that many of your have encountered today. We are confident that this fix has resolved all Gameplay/Fight issues, but if there are continued bugs, please let us know.
We still have some outstanding issues to look into, including the inability to claim Rewards that were earned during the issues today, and we will continue to look into these over the weekend, and into the week. Those rewards are not lost. You will be able to claim them.
We know that many of you will have knock-on issues, such as those that had missed out on a war due to being unable to enlist (or were un-enlisted), or were not able to complete Alliance Quests because of the downtime, missing out on Arena times, among other knock-on issues.
With the fixes now in place, we can start to consider what kind of Compensation we will put together for our players. This will not be done this weekend, and we likely won’t have news on it until next week.
This was a system-wide issue, and as such, we want to be sure that we have covered every area of the game.
We will take care to ensure that we make this situation right for all of our players. We really appreciate your patience and cooperation today, and ask that you give us some more time to ensure that we can come up with a plan that satisfies our need to make this right for you all.

We’ve seen multiple conversations regarding missed Wars, un-enlistment, or other knock on issues caused by the problems that we experienced on Friday.
We are aware that this affected many different Alliances in different ways, and are looking at solutions to solve the problems that many Alliances experienced. We cannot undo the problems that occurred, and will need to explore some creative options to make this right for our Players.
We won’t have that solutions right now, but will continue to explore our options, and have a solution next week.

We have another update on the current situation for you all.
For all Summoners that are currently unable to claim rewards from Friday, November 8th, we have a resolution. We will be duplicating the Rewards that you currently have stuck/unable to claim, and will be sending them to affected users in an In-Game Message. We hope to have this done by the end of the day. After this, you’ll still have the items in your Stash. We will either remove them, or let them expire naturally.
Regarding AW Season Rewards and Compensation: Now that we have been able to resolve the last remaining issue from this Weekend, we will be focusing on these 2 tasks. We still need some time to gather the Data required to send out AW Season Rewards. First, we have to collect the Data on where each Alliance was on the Leaderboard pre-issues, and sort them into those positions. When that is completed, we can run the Rewards payout as usual.
This will still take some time. We hope to get the Season Rewards out to all players on Wednesday, November 20th. The original date that the Season would have ended and delivered the Rewards. Compensation for the issues encountered, and for additional Alliance Wars, will follow shortly after this.
