Crushing when claim reward

I am not able to claim my Mutant Combat reward. Every time I try to claim, the game kicks me out. When I check my reward stash, I notice that there are 24 Mystic Crystal, which I get from duped my Doc Voodoo, in the same category as Mutant Combat reward. I can not claim reward from reward page as well.

Mine is similar. Except mutant ISO. Crashes if I try to claim it. Guess I should write a ticket

I have the same thing but it is the last one for "Win fights against villians." I can claim it but I can claim other things
