I still can’t claim my rewards from “1/5 Win fights against villains”. I have claimed my reward for 2/5, but it still won’t let me claim the first prize, and I really need that prize.

There's a massive banner at the top of the forum that says they're working on it.
Keep on making posts won't make that process any faster
