Getting rid of the bot in Global chat

There has been a bot in global chat all day making it impossible to recruit. Can someone in Kabam do something about it please.

We already wrote N times but no solution was found. I give even a simple solution: users just can write there from 20 to 20 seconds.

I think Kabam just don't care.

Why not just block? The players looking for an ally probably did the same thing.
