New ally looking for Elder/Cavaliers at the end of season

Hi all
New ally is looking for nice, family guys; Elders and Cavaliers. We have 10 places left.
Preferably EU and US based.
We will run one BG map 6, other ones map 5 (maybe 1st days map 6 also). Donations (battle chips) will be covered by people that run map 5.
We dont want that anyone needs to spend their own resources.
It will be democratic ally, all decisions will be made as a team. Everyone is officer sort of thing.
Stress free ally, you will not have to stress yourself due to poor choices of your teammates, we all know our job and we expect same from you. Actually, this is the reason why we are starting. We all have families, jobs, and we want this to be fun and effective ally, do your job, grab resources and go to sleep.
