He got featured in Thor 2 so i think hes got a pretty even chance of getting in

Yes definitely. We dont have enough total trash champs in the game as of now. What would be better than a champ that was total trash in the movie he was in?

I find him amusing villian, but they need to use comic malekith, movie version is trash.
