Hero Shards

I checked yesterday i needed 1 570. 5* shards to pull my next hero. I did the math and noticed if i fully ecplore eq heroic i would be 70 short.

I fulle ecplored act 2 of eq and duped a 4* and in still stuck on 1 570 short, anyone else experienced this issue?

Did write a ticket, they are looking into it
