Is there any reason that killmongers bleeds don't stack?

    They stack after 15 bleeds are placed, once a sp3 is used after that they will not stack anymore because the bleed with higher stacks is way OP.

    If a sp3 is used before the 15 is reached it doenst count towards using the 15+ bleed stacks, I just stay on his sp2 and use the sp3 when I'm ready to finish off a long fight.
