Missing AQ Rank Rewards!! KaBAM please take notice!!!

I've submitted 3 tickets because Kabam keeps closing without actually looking into it and tells me to contact them if it's still a problem. I and 4 others joined a new alliance 7 days prior to the issuance of rewards for AQ.. We participated in all 5 days and only received milestone rewards.. Please correct this.. JonathanG422

    LOL.. i had an issue a while back where they removed things from my crystal inventory.. i just ended up giving up trying to contact them..
