The Team has identified a fix for the recent Catalyst Offer issue.
Summoners who purchased this offer have been temporarily locked out of the Contest to Clawback any Catalysts bought/used while active, and ensure previously owned resources remain intact.
They will be unlocked once this process is complete, and no further action will be taken on their Accounts - along with a compensation package to those affected for the inconvenience.
Doing this allows us to bring the Game back up for everyone else.
We've removed the affected offer so we can decide later whether or not to bring it back after it's been fixed.
Additionally, all summoners can expect a general compensation package due to this Emergency Maintenance interrupting their play session.

6* and rank down tickets for 4*

With the introduction of 6* in the near future, will we have any chance to get rank down tickets for our max 4*?
And i think the availability of T2A, T4cc, T4B and T1A will be a huge concerns let alone T5B.....
Can the Mod helps in explaining how are Kabam going to handle this to ensure smooth implementation?
P/S, so sad that the 4* we had been working so hard to rank up will be obsolete soon..... Its makes the current feature and basic 4* arena meaningless other than the 5* shards....

Oh, thanks for your information.
As for your catalyst worry? Aren't we all competing in AQ for those very elusive catalysts? Completing LoL to rank up 5*s ? ****, 6*s aren't even out yet and many players are getting super anxious about it lol. Solution for rank down tickets is just gonna ruin competition because no one is gonna play AQ, and the spirit of competition is lost. Meanwhile, let's continue to play as per normal, and worry about 6*s when we actually get our hands on them.
