Feedback on the "compensation message"
Unless you guys really love doing damage control, you might want to be a little more careful on how you phrase your messages.
From the contents alone and from reading the announcement first I was immediately able to tell what that message is about, but from the way it was phrased I was immediately checking the forum to see some hilarious threads of people being outraged.
As I've said several times in the last days: a possibly huge amount of players does not check the forum.
Simply explaining what exactly this compensation was supposed to be for, you could have saved yourselves a lot of trouble.
I feel bad for the forum crew needing to clean up the mess of whoever was asked to write that message.

Please improve your methods of conveying information, especially if the community is already on the edge. Makes you look really inconsiderate.
