No compensation in the in-game mail.

I got the email but there’s no compensation in it. Only I was able to claim previous rewards which was not accessible days ago.

It happened to another my alliance member too.

Did you maybe look in Stash Rewards and claim a bunch from there BEFORE looking at the Comp. Mail Msg ?
Might have claimed Comp. Rewards out from the Stash Rewards area, so when you went to Mail the items were already gone from Mail Msg.

restart your game and it should show up. That worked for me.
