What do I upgrade, I have 3 star quake, 4 star diablo, hulk, she hulk, superior iron man, carnage and drax.

Powerful heavies, nice abilities, solid damage with a little ramp-up. Even though he has low base-attack and health, his passives make up for it. Definitely has some solid bleeds too.

Is there any other champions recommended?

Maybe Drax and Hulk, but only if you're desperate.

She-Hulk and Carnage. None of your others are worth it imo.

For someone in that stage of the game carnage will be meh, no deep wounds, she hulk is a great pick tho
