Act 6.3 Boost Nerf

Anybody else see they nerfed the cosmic reduce armour boost? This boost been used by good few people to do a legend run and they could kill 300k enemies in less then a minute. Anyone who used the old boost on a legend run is at a huge unfair advantage to people who have not. Not very fair and if you still planning your legend run you may want think twice about using so many items/units when your not on level playing field
