AW tier error?

Our alliance was in tier 5 war before the reset, and we won our first post reset war in tier 5, only to find ourselves in tier 6 for some reason. I thought war rating was supposed to be locked during off season?

Our war multiplier also indicates we should be in tier 5 (x4.0), not tier 6 (x3.4)
