IOS Phone Stuck on Fantastic 4 Loading Screen

I cannot advance beyond the loading screen. I do not get an error message it just sits an spins forever. I've deleted and reloaded the game and hard reset the phone. Please help.

    update, the app works on my ipad (which I've never used) but still doesn't work on my phone. Anyone ever run into this? Seems local to my phone? Not sure what to do...
