Hulka is the best character name translation I've ever seen.

Some people call that in portuguese/brazilian language. From the ID the OP is likely one of those.

Edit: Just saw the screenshot. It''s weird really, since Hulka should be just a nickname and not the official name. But oh well, a lot of character names are wrong when translated
