How to properly fight Anhilius?

I admit I am not really good at fighting him. This guy is one hell of a defender and that unstoppable is another irritation if cornered to deal with and he is all over the place. But I feel its lack of experience in fighting him properly. So, i wish to ask all of the experienced people here how to correctly fight Anhilius?

Dash back at the start of the fight and intercept from there on out. Bait the sp1 because it's much easier to dodge, and you can also punish it.

If he gets you in the corner, there's a short window when he goes to throw a heavy where you can get a light attack in to start a combo. Takes some practice.

I agree but don't have him so my other 5 star choices in mystic class are Hood and Loki. Guillotine definitely won't work i believe. @Suman_sahA

@Midnite93 did you try with loki sp1 to steal the cosmic rod buff? i dont have loki to try, but maybe it can be done...
