Who to rank?

Who should get the nod from these champs? Will be my 1st r2 or my 6th 5/65 (science is the only class I don’t have at 5/65)
Have an awakening gem for hulk rags too if I need to use it

Hulk Rags is one of my favorites...tons of health, lots of utility and if you can get his sig up his regen is crazy.
