Cull obsidian still getting nerfed?

Does anyone know for sure whether or not they are still planning on nerfing cull obsidian?Debating on whether or not to rank 4 and awaken my 5* but would like to know the plans for him as of now. Any idea?

Honestly, he can afford to have his damage somewhat capped. Maybe something like Medusa where after X number of armor breaks they gain an armor shatter that extends the duration of both the armor breaks and prevents more from being added. That way you aren't stacking 12+ armor breaks, but once you hit that cap the damage bonus lasts longer. The addition of the armor shatter would also give him more utility, shutting down robots. Combining the two would allow it to function like Medusa now, since they revamped how armor shatter works with other champs. That would give a true balance to that issue of excess damage. And then definitely give him better sustainability with improved block proficiency, some sort of immunities, etc.

He cruised through most of variant 2 for me. Unduped and he would finish fights in under 20 hits.

Why would you use a Cull against a BW at all? She prevents too many Parry Stuns.

And yet he destroyed her.

That's the Spry/Gassed path. Build up his charges in the first two fights (which was easy)and then he keeps them from evading with Thanos Favor and destroys them quickly.
