Awakened SW or Unawakened Namor 4 star

I have a 4 star Namor and SW but I can only take one up for finishing act 5. Who first. Namor is unawakened but SW is awakened.

There is currently no 5*+ SW, nor will there ever be for a good amount of time, so 4* SW will be the strongest version of herself there will ever be, so its a good investment to rank up SW. Namor on the other hand, has a 5* version available, no point investing too much into the 4* version right now when he's not duped yet.

Definitely SW, she’s awesome. Great utility. Especially if she’s sig 99

I still use my 4* duped SW for content to this fay. Granted I ain't doing endgame Act 6, but she still finds her uses

Scarlet Witch can get you out of a jam! Like others have said, you might crack a 5* Namor that you can rank, but that’s currently impossible with SW.
