Spider Man Stealth Suit Web Foam Debuffs Not Working On Domino In Alliance War !

In Duel Working Fine Just In alliance War Its Not Working Correctly !!!

@Kabam Miike Can you Explain us why ?

Here Is The Video !!!
Critical failure Failed 100% Time to trigger Slow Debuff by Spiderman


Note : Look In Start of the fight , And first 4 hit combo finishing with light attack,
No Critical failure,I was not unlucky, She was not lucky !!!
