How long does it take for 6*s to refresh in arenas?

I don't really have any evidence I'm just hoping some of you experienced the same thing but when it comes to my 6*s I've gone into arena like 3 times and I've seen the time on my 6*s restart.

1-4* = 2 hrs.
5* = 7 hrs.
6* = 12 hrs.
Note, after couple hours, 5*/6* are eligible again to ask for help again, although don’t think subsequent helps after their first one actually results in further reduced refresh time.

(and if I had to guess at future 7* it would be 17 hrs, +5 hrs each additional Star rarity.)
