Fights not registering again

I fought this heimdall in aq and beat him. Went to move to the boss and the fight did not register. My health did was reflecting my fight

It just now happened to us in AQ Against Thanos

just experienced the "repeat-fight" glitch once in daily side quest just now. Completed the fight, went to the map, screen "glitched" and fight didn't register.
