Who do you think is the / will be the most powerful champ introduced in Q3/Q4 of 2019?

Galactus will not be coming in 2019. Mr Fantastic on Thursday. Silver Surfer will be the only champ in December (the 12th). The 26th will probably be a flashback to earlier champs.

Guilly, Warlock and CV in no particular order are probably the best.

Galactus isn't coming this year, we don't know what Silver Surfer's abilities will be like yet, and it's situation dependant. For a lot of content, G99 will be the best option, for a lot of other content, it'll be Warlock.
