Hi guys does anyone know if the cull obsidian and ebony maw balance changers is still happening and if it is safe to rank 5 either champ

    Still safe, even if the changes come out tomorrow the changes are minor

    I'd highly suggest waiting on cull... look at what kabam has done in the past and that should give you a hint aka dr. Strange... honestly wait on both
