So is she still going to be "fixed" or was this Kabam employee misinformed just like the one who told us AA was working as intended, months ago?

Ok, so then there is a serious problem with misinformation within the company. This is not the first time. There needs to be action taken one way or the other

Exactly what "action" "one way or another" are you thinking of?

Just assume support usually has no idea what they’re talking about. What Zibiit stated should be how Wasp is. Wasp’s stun is a passive, not a debuff so it should work on debuff immunity. However, it should not work against stun immunity. If this isn’t how she’s behaved then she’s been bugged.

Making sure their employees actually know how to answer questions knowledgeably and effectively. If the questions asked is too complex and intricate then have someone more well versed in the subject respond. Also address the fact that this has been around for almost a year now and only now
do they want to address it. This isn't a hidden secret. We need to be treated with respect, as any paying customer should be.

Understandable, and I agree with you in most part. But if support is as useless as you say, then why have it? there needs to be a better system. This one is not working

I don't care so much about the Wasp issue, I care more about the idea of whats happening. There is no basic ruleset and there are patches happening every day and with interactions that have been in the game for many many months, even years. The game is becoming significantly more complex and intricate. There needs to be a better system and better communication between the employees and their player base

Because they're not (only) there for explaining how the game works...?
    Then why explain it?

There should be support for technical aspects of the game and then support for the intricate game-play questions, someone who actually understands how all this stuff works and can inform the community when these questions arise.

There literally is a basic rule set. And the interaction that is going to get fixed is going against said basic rule set.

Oh really? please attach the MCOC fundamentals guide that Kabam has published?
I would like to read the guide and better educate myself

Because they have to, since it's their job, you know? And they probably answer those questions to the best of their knowledge. They're not a walking wiki, though.

Think you got me with that question, huh?
So then kabam are responsible for what they say which is the point...also did you edit your previous comment?

So youd rather have an employee answer a question based on their hunch or have one that actually knows? this is not a how a successful company runs their support system.

Simply saying, support often replied with wrong information. Is sad, but it's the truth.

Yeah I am, every game has a user guide. We need to know how this stuff works so that we know how to proceed when fishy stuff happens. Otherwise we are at their mercy and anything goes

    That's how every game works

First of all, kabam is not a single entity. You do understand that, right?

Second of all, yes, I misplaced a bracket and corrected it. Is that relevant...?
And how should the playerbase know which information they are getting is correct? Maybe have a better manual for your employees and have them aware of how the game works because this occurrence is extremely common

Also kabam is not a single entity but the actions of people representing them affect the company...have you worked in customer service or a company in general?

Not really. Many games only have fan-made wikis. Some games have nothing.

The different interactions of passive and active effects are self explanatory, as long as you play the game and read some stuff.

Now, if you don't understand the difference between active and passive effects I'll gladly explain them to you.
I've been playing for three years, I am pretty advanced, I understand, I am not harping on the Wasp issue, I'm focusing on a far greater one.
