HELP! Act 5 Mastery Setup

Hey y'all. I'm not on the forums much, but I'm desperate. Forgive me for coming here for help, as I know there are countless youtube videos and all kind of stuff - Long story short, I hate youtube personalities and just don't want to sit through all the preamble and comment like subscribe stuff.
I recently completed Act 5 a few months ago. One run through was tough but not so bad. I'm a fairly casual player. I am however learning that exploring act 5 is a whole other monster.
I have 5.1 100% Explored, and I have the first 3 missions in act 5.2 100% explored. I have been stuck doing lines in the sand for what feels like forever. I also can't for the life of me explore what seems like ANYTHING else in act 5.
Here is my current mastery setup, and my top champs. Any suggestions on what I can adjust would be appreciated, but I would like some explanation along with why you'd make those changed. I have played the game for years now, but you might as well consider me a noob.
Please don't send me searching for outdated info, and if I really have to, I'll go sit through some dopey video, but please just let it be the one I need to watch. I can't sift through all the garbage.
