The decision is killing me. Please help.

Do you have Sparky and one of the GR/Dormammu/Mephisto as 5*s for Blade? If not, then it's clearly Beardo, IMO.

Since Beardo is duped, it's only a matter of time you get him at high sig level. My vote goes to him.

If you can get CapIW's sig level up close to 200 it's an easy call. At low sig it's RNG if his leaderships will work or not. Personally I'd r5 CapIW but it's also about who you are comfortable playing and what you are trying to do in the game.

Cap is far more versatile and effective across more matchups in the current meta imo, rank him up and ramp up his sig as quickly as you can.

Another one for cap. As people already mentioned push that sig as far and as fast as you can.
