Should i r5 4 stars, or r2 my 5 stars?

So i have a 4 star sig 40 omega red, who can be rank 5'd, but I also have 6 5*s. The good ones are: Void, Angela, and apparently Guillotine. None duped. So

Power and dmg wise, r5 omega red? Or r2 one of my 5 stars, preferably void or angela. I want to use the best champs for act 5 ch1, quest 2.

I would say omega red, although having r2 5* can be very helpful in act 5 (I love guillotine personally so I would take her up just out of personal preference but if you were to take up either void or Angela I would say void [especially if you have sentry as a 4* or 5*])
