Farming portions in ROL is exploit?

Just wanted to be sure is farming portions in ROL would count as exploit.

It is not exploit, because you earn those potions

If you were gettingbthem just for entering that's one thing. But beating a champ for them isn't exploiting. Plus alot allot of people use rol role for combo practice
