AQ: honor points.. is this a bug?

Hi guys, is this a bug/known issue?

Seems like the heroic modifiers rewards lower than normal? Not sure if I'm overlooking something but second time it happens:

Have you used the heroic buff before? you get more points for using a new one each time. It looks like you are getting the base points for reusing a buff.

That is the BG3 Display Bug for Modifier Points.
It has been FIXED with the new Dec. Update that just came out.
