Looking to Max Gifting Event with New Alliance

Looking for an alliance that will definitely max out the alliance gifting event this month. I guarantee I will max out my solo gifting events to contribute to the alliance event. I am ready to try playing at a higher level than I do now but ask for realistic expectations because I'm coming up from a Map 4/Silver 3 alliance. I can try Map 5 or try going for Gold in war but not sure I have the roster to do both. I'll be ready to join this week after the first war of this season ends. I'm U.S. East Coast-based. I recently became Cavalier and am working on Act 5 exploration now. My current top champs are shown below:
