We are currently experiencing an Error when Summoners view a Champion’s Synergies while in the Champion Selection screen in Arenas and Duels. We are aware of this issue and are working on a Hotfix to address it. In the meantime, please avoid using the synergy menu to prevent this error and crash. We apologize for this inconvenience. Password reset not working.

I'm not even getting the bloody email to reset my password. So I go to support and I try to change my email but I can't because I can't tell them my 2 recent purchases for the game, for some reason they're not showing up on my Google order history.

Wtf can I do then?


  • I need to change my email but I can't because I can't provide the info of the most recent 2 purchases, I can only show others I've made but that's not enough. I'm **** right now.
  • Sorry to hear! You'll need to contact customer support, as we cannot assist with account-specific issues here in the forums. You can do this by clicking on the grey gear in the top left corner of the game, and then clicking 'contact support'. They'll be able to review your account history and see what's going on.
