Pop up gone on clash catylyst

I was scrolling through arena and accidentally clicked the clash catylst arena. I didn’t want to play in that arena and there was no pop up asking if I wished to proceed. 10,000 battlechips were removed from my account. I have more than enough t4cc and have no reason to play in that arena. I would like my items returned. I submitted a ticket and they are not helpful. Just some generic message that you can’t reply to. Please return my resources.
