Symboite Supreme help

Does anyone use Symboite Supreme a lot without maxed Mystic Dispersion? And if so, how effective is he?

I do. He's good enough for buffed champs with md at 3/5 imo. 1shot uc aigon with my r4 ss easily. He needs a lot of buffs to shine anyway, so in fights like that, where opponent has lots of buffs, you just have to wait a little longer to get to sp3
