Missing Items after opening crystals

Hey Kabam Yesterday I opened a bunch of Free crystals which I have saved up from many months.When I opened all the crystals the data showed that o got 130Lvl1 health potions,10 Lvl3 health potions, 2 Lvl4 health potions and 584 Lvl 2 health potions and then when I checked my stash it showed that I got only about 80-90 items so now where are my 584 potions I need them back that was months of saving and patience I have logged in and out but I didn't work I need the game team to take action on this issue I need those potions give me my potions back.Please kabam solve this issue. I will be waiting for action and reply. Please give back my potions
