Uncollected but not really

So last month i finally became uncollected. I did a ton of quests for some time and then about 3 weeks ago got banned for a week. When i finally got back into the game nothing changed, everything was as i left it. Today i noticed that i couldn't find the grandmaster shard crystal anymore, i also couldn't find the uncollected arena crystal anymore. I cant see when i get my free crystals (which are still on uncollected level) and cant start the uc event quest. I did notice that the premium crystal had the conqueror banner and that my title was gone. The first time i dumped a ton of revives to finish 5.2 and i had to do the same thing again today. Whats happening with my account?

You cheated and got caught. Instead of complaining you should be happy it wasn’t a permanent ban. Try doing it like the rest of us then feel entitled for rewards.

Why would i need to cheat my way through 5.2 with these champs? Archangel alone is basically cheating any

If you were cheating, you got what you deserve.
