I get the wrong reward?

Hello, i think i get the wrong reward i already complete the act 3 and i am in the half of the 4 so i think with that i am already a conqueror, so with that in mind i should get the 5 star shards, right?
Also if you want to know, i already left the game some times thats the reason i have a 4* star has champion

no, I didn't complete act 4. I finished act 3 and got 5k 5* shards
