MIssing shards (bug or developments tries to slow the progress)

Few of my alliance reported missing 5 shards
I that it was glitch they had OK.
But then I noticed on 2 days before I will get 1.5k(19 august 2017) that I lost 3k shards my self
I earned from rockets not pressing button + june loggin in 4.5k only miss the last day for 2k in JUNE
that's 4.5k
and this month august i already earned up 3k more at week start and whole week until the end I had 7.5k(
And now i have 4.5k then later today i have 4.1k!!!
I didn't bother to make a screenshot of this because what of % that this will happen
and I got slapped in the face my response from kabam was

I see that you're having a concern about the missing 3,000 5Star shards.
Upon checking you only got 4,100 and not more than that amount.
The last time you have gained 5Star shards was on Mon, 14 Aug 2017 08:36:56 GMT.

NO kidding Sherlock I got last on 14 aug? So where did my 5 stars from june GO?
If 2nd response will be the same I will just
give middle finger to kabam.
Take this as a warning.
I was spending time googling if kabam did some thing like that before and looks like they did.
And i know people at my alli. didnt lie.(Now)
If i wont get my 5* back
it will be just the reason to stop playing for me this game
if this happened one time(2* times) then it will happen again
and i don't want to stick to the game that progress can be ''PULLed BACK" by development or any of moderation or administration of the game.
